Effective 12 September 2026. Figlix is operated by Vritul Pty Ltd (ABN on request), Australia.
Figlix is a marketing planning tool: you tell it about a business, it drafts marketing content and campaign plans, a person on your team approves them, and you publish them — by copying the words yourself, or later through accounts you choose to connect. This page says what Figlix keeps in order to do that, and what it never does.
What Figlix stores
- Your sign-in. The email address of the Google account you sign in with, and your name. Figlix has no password of its own.
- What you type. Your workspace and brand names, what you tell Figlix about the brand (its voice, offers, audience, words it never uses), campaign goals and budgets, and the content you write, edit and approve.
- What Figlix drafts. Content and plans generated for you, with a record of what they were generated from.
- Who did what. An audit trail of approvals, rejections, schedules and edits, with the note the person wrote, kept so a decision can always be explained.
- Connected accounts. If you connect a channel — a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, a Google Ads account — Figlix stores the access token that platform issues, encrypted, together with the account's name and id. It never sees or stores your password for that platform. Disconnecting deletes the token at once.
- Cookies. A session cookie so you stay signed in, and preferences: your theme, and which workspace and brand you last opened. No advertising or tracking cookies.
What Figlix does with it
- Runs the product for you and the people you invite to your workspace. Each workspace's data is separate from every other customer's.
- Sends the facts you provide about your brand, and the content you ask for, to third-party AI models to draft with. Vritul uses only model providers whose terms do not allow your content to be used to train their models, and names the current providers on request.
- Acts on a connected account only when a person in your workspace asks for it — Figlix never publishes on its own, and nothing goes out without an approval.
Figlix does not sell your data, does not show advertising, and does not share your data with anyone except the service providers it runs on.
Where it lives
Figlix runs on Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia (data and the API) and on Vercel (the web app). Backups follow the same regions. Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest with a key that is held separately from the database.
How long
For as long as your workspace exists. Disconnecting an account deletes its token immediately. Removing content archives it, keeping the audit trail; the trail exists so approvals stay accountable.
Deleting your data
To remove a connected account's token, open Connections in Figlix and choose Disconnect — that deletes it at once. To delete everything Figlix holds about your workspace or about you, email apps@vritul.com.au from the address you sign in with; it is deleted within 30 days and you receive a confirmation. If a platform such as Facebook sends Figlix a deletion request on your behalf, the same applies.
Your rights
You can ask what Figlix holds about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, at the address above. Vritul Pty Ltd follows the Australian Privacy Principles. If you think a request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
