Terms of use

What Figlix is

Figlix drafts marketing content and plans for a business you have the right to market, and helps a person on your team review, approve, schedule and publish them. It is a tool; the decisions, and what goes out under your brand's name, are yours.

Your account and workspace

  • You sign in with a Google account you control and keep it secure.
  • A workspace is one business. You may only create a workspace for a business you are entitled to market, and only invite people who work on it.
  • You are responsible for what the people in your workspace do in it.

Content

  • What you put into Figlix stays yours. What Figlix drafts for you is yours to use, edit or discard.
  • Drafts are suggestions. Figlix checks them against platform limits and against the words you have told it never to use, and flags claims it cannot stand behind — but you approve every word before it is published, and you are responsible for its accuracy and its compliance with advertising law where you operate.
  • You will not use Figlix to produce content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Connected accounts

When you connect a platform account, you authorise Figlix to act on it only in the ways you approve inside Figlix, and you agree to that platform's own terms. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the access token immediately.

Availability and changes

Figlix is new. Features will change, and there may be interruptions. Vritul will give reasonable notice of changes that remove something you rely on, and will not remove your data without the notice described on the Privacy page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vritul Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Figlix, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Figlix in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Ending

You can stop using Figlix at any time and ask for your data to be deleted (see the Privacy page). Vritul may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, and will say why.
